City of Statesboro, Others to Host Toy Drive November 21 – December 8

The City of Statesboro, in partnership with the Beta Gamma Gamma Foundation, Beta Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Statesboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Restoring the Breach, Inc., Statesboro Uplift Foundation, Inc., Lambda Pi Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and the Xi Mu Nu Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, will host a toy drive. The toy drive will run Tuesday, November 21 through Friday, December 8.

Donations needed are new, unwrapped toys for ages 1 to 16-years-old. Anyone interested in donating to the toy drive can drop off donations in the City Hall lobby, located at 50 East Main Street, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Once the toy donations have been received, the organizations will work with local agencies to identify families in need.
