Martha Hall, a candidate for Superior Court Judge in the Ogeechee Cirucit, joined voters at Saturday’s Smackdown the Vote event at Charter Conservatory in Statesboro.
The event, sponsored by APW, D & R Car Care, El Sombrero, Burger King, Ocean Galley, and East Georgia State College, brought 21 candidates running for office in Bulloch County before a huge crowd in a Meet & Greet setting. (Special thanks to Tom Caiazzo for putting the event together)

Martha Hall is an attorney with the Hall Law Group in Statesboro and Springfield where she practices criminal defense law and domestic issues, like divorce and child custody. She has over 21 years of experience in private practice and as an assistant district attorney. Hall was previously an elected Solicitor in Screven County and a municipal court judge in Oliver and Newington. Hall is involved with Safe Haven and Effingham Victims Witness and Assistance program. She lives in Screven County with her husband, Mike Hall – also an attorney – where she is mother and step-mother to eight.
The Ogeechee Circuit serves Bulloch, Effingham, Jenkins, and Screven counties.

The last day to register to vote in the May 24th election is April 26th. You can register to vote online through the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office. Early voting begins May 2.
