Lieutenant “Gump” Miller flies the F/A 18 Super Hornet and talks football, firepower, and fans at the Wings Over North Georgia Airshow

Checking in with one of Georgia’s own “Angels”, Casie Bryant talks military firepower, airshows and football with a 31-year-old Navy tactical demonstration pilot from Stone Mountain, Georgia, LT. Wallace “Gump” Miller. LT. Miller is a F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot and will be on hand at Rome’s Russell Field Regional Airport to demonstrate the Navy’s superior strike force capabilities.

Designed as an all-weather jet fighter and attack aircraft, the F/A-18 Hornet is the nation’s first strike-fighter. The Super Hornet flown by LT. Miller also carries a Weapons Systems Officer in the cockpit and demonstrates the unique dual role of the Strike Fighter in modern day warfare.

Casie Bryant is the NW Georgia Regional Manager for AllOnGeorgia.
