Excelsior EMC names David Cromley as District 1 Director

The Excelsior EMC Board of Directors has a new but familiar face on their Board.

The Excelsior EMC Board of Directors has a new, but familiar, face on their Board.

David Cromley of Brooklet was appointed to the Excelsior EMC Board during the December meeting. He’ll fill the unexpired term as Director from District 1 previously held by James E. Davis.

Much of the area Cromley covers includes communities southeast of Statesboro including Brooklet, Leefield, Stilson, and Eldora.

Cromley joins W.D. Johnson of Twin City as Chairman, Mike Anderson of Statesboro as Vice Chairman, and the following Board of Directors:

  • Jerry Caldwell, Jr – Metter
  • Jordy Carter – Metter
  • Billy Hickman – Statesboro
  • Wade C. Hodges – Statesboro
  • Grady McCray – Metter
  • Solly Trapnell- Statesboro

David farms with his family on Nellwood Farms. He and his wife, Jamie, are expecting their first child in April and they attend Connection Church in Statesboro.
