Chattooga County residents can help shape programs and services for older adults across Northwest Georgia at a public hearing next month.
The Northwest Georgia Regional Commission’s Area Agency on Aging will hold the hearing Tuesday, November 3, at 2 p.m. at the Chattooga County Library, 360 Farrar Drive in Summerville.
The session is one of several public meetings being held across the agency’s 15-county service area. Officials want to hear from older adults, caregivers and family members about what services are working, what is missing and where the needs are greatest. Feedback gathered at the hearings will be used to guide future planning.
