Chattooga High School’s HOSA- Future Health Professionals chapter came together for a heartwarming friendsgiving event that perfectly kicked off the fall season. The gathering brought together dozens of dedicated HOSA members in a celebration filled with gratitude, delicious food, and plenty of laughter. Members were encouraged to bring a dish to share, and they did not disappoint. The tables were overflowing with turkey, mac and cheese, casseroles, desserts, and more. Everyone enjoyed a true feast while taking time to go around the room and share what they were most thankful for this year. From personal achievements to the support of family and friends, the heartfelt responses highlighted the strong sense of community within the chapter. In addition to the meal, members played a variety of fun games and activities that kept the energy high and created lasting memories. Chattooga HOSA President Brinley Thomas shared her excitement about the event, “Our friendsgiving event is one of my favorites! The passionate members and great food make for an amazing event. Good food and great people. I appreciate all the opportunities HOSA has given to our members.” The chapter is already looking forward to their next meeting on December 10th, where they will welcome a special guest from NICU. Events like Friendsgiving remind everyone why Chattooga HOSA continues to grow; it’s more than just a club, it’s a supportive family that prepares students for healthcare careers while building lifelong friendships along the way. Great job, Chattooga HOSA, here’s to many more successful events this year!
