Chattooga’s Fife and Reece Earn Preseason All-State Honors, Ready to Dominate in 2025

Chattooga’s gridiron talent is getting well-deserved recognition ahead of the 2025 high school football season. Junior defensive lineman Kadin Fife and senior offensive lineman Luke Reece have been named to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution / Georgia High School Football Daily Preseason All-State Team, an impressive recognition of their hard work and potential.
This preseason honor places Fife and Reece among the top players in the state at their respective positions and sets the stage for what promises to be a standout year for both athletes. Now, they’ll have the chance to prove the selection committee right when the Indians take the field this fall.

At 6’5″, 310 lbs, 4-star Fife dominates on the line with a quiet intensity of a storm brewing. As a junior, Fife already has 31 offers, among those are: UGA, Texas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

6’2″, 280lbs, Luke Reece is also being looked at by some colleges. As a sophomore, Reece was named 2nd team All Region Offensive Line 2023 and has been given the “Hog Award”- Lineman of the week, multiple times. Reece highlights, “It’s all thanks to God, and I am excited to play, especially since it’s my last year; I am going to leave everything out there”.

When asked how he felt about this, Head Coach Roone Gable stated, “It’s a huge honor for our guys to be recognized on the AJC / GHSFD preseason all-state teams.  I am very proud of them.   But it’s like I told them, it just puts a bullseye on their backs so now they have to go out and prove that they are worthy of the selection”.

As Kadin Fife and Luke Reece gear up for the 2025 season, their preseason All-State recognition is a testament to their dedication and skill on the gridiron. With Fife’s commanding presence and Reece’s relentless drive, the Chattooga Indians are poised for an exciting year. The spotlight is on, and these standout linemen are ready to prove they belong among Georgia’s elite, leaving it all on the field for their team and community.
