
The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) announces the launch of Talent Pipeline Georgia, a new monthly podcast spotlighting the people, programs, and partnerships fueling Georgia’s position as the #1 state for business.
Hosted by TCSG, each episode of Talent Pipeline Georgia will explore how technical education is driving economic growth across the state. Through engaging conversations with business leaders, educators, innovators, and alumni, the podcast will bring to life the stories behind Georgia’s most in-demand careers—spanning industries like healthcare, technology, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and more.
“Georgia’s economic strength depends on a strong pipeline of skilled talent, and Talent Pipeline Georgia gives listeners a front-row seat to the incredible work happening at TCSG colleges across our state,” said TCSG Commissioner Greg Dozier. “This podcast is a chance to hear directly from the leaders, educators, and employers who are building opportunity, one career at a time.”
The first episode takes listeners inside Georgia’s healthcare talent pipeline. With the demand for skilled nurses at an all-time high, the episode explores how TCSG colleges are training the next generation of nurses and healthcare professionals. Listeners will hear from Scott Steiner, President and CEO of Phoebe Putney Health System; Charles Briscoe, President and CEO of Houston Healthcare; Jim Glass, President of Southern Regional Technical College, and others, as they share how TCSG is helping address critical workforce needs across the state.
