AllOnGeorgia has requested the following additional information:

According to Mark’s statement, on 9/25 Kodak killed a dog after breaking down the gate, climbing the outside fence, escaping, and being recaptured.

9/25 was a Wednesday when the AC is closed, why was Mark there? Is there a time system in place for the county that has his time recorded for Wednesday, 9/25, if so, please provide that information. Were other AC staff present on that Wednesday? If so, please provide the employees who were present during the events that took place on Wednesday 9/25.

What kind of dog was killed? What was the tag or intake number? How long had the dog been at the shelter? What was it in the shelter for? What kennel # was this dog in? Please provide the documentation for this dog’s disposal from the transfer station. (weight, date)

When Kodak was taken to Summerville Vet was the staff told the dog had killed another dog so the staff could implement their safeguards?

You included the Northwest Georgia Vet documentation that states a dog was attacked on 9/23 and the dog (assuming it is Kodak since it is in the file) who attacked it was euthanized and rabies tested on 9/24 which does not match the dates provided by Mark. When Kodak was rabies tested, his head would have been cut off at the Summerville Vet and sent to a lab, the report comes back to the county health department, did Kodak have rabies?

Have you met with Mark and/or the Summerville Vet regarding this incident?  Did you meet with them together or separately?  Who was there and what was discussed?
