Chattooga Football Players Earn All-Region Honors

AllOnGeorgia would like to congratulate the Chattooga Indian Football players on making All-Region. 

Zayden Cook– 1st Team All Region Running Back

1060 yards and 6 TDs 

1450 yards of total offense and 8 TDs

Hunter Brown– 1st Team All Region Punter

Averaged 36.5 yards per punt

Quarry Gipson– 2nd Team All Region Wide Receiver

435 Yards receiving and 5 TDs

925 yards and of total offense as a WR, RB, QB, and Returner and 7 TDs

Dan Meyer– 2nd Team All Region Wide Receiver

450 yards receiving and 2 TDs

Over 1000 yards of total offense as a WR and Returner and 4 TDs

Luke Reece– 2nd Team All Region Offensive Lineman

Consistently graded out over 80% at his Offensive Tackle position

Bubba Bass- 2nd Team All Region Linebacker

84 total tackles in 7 games

Korei Shaver– 2nd Team All Region Defensive End

Korei had 33 total tackles in 9 games.   

5 tackles for loss & 3 sacks

Matthew Bryant– Honorable Mention All Region Defensive Back

61 total tackles.   

2 Interceptions

Colten Sanford– Honorable Mention All Region Defensive Back

63 total tackles.    

5 tackles for loss.   

1 Interception

Stanton Peppers– Honorable Mention All Region Defensive End

30 total tackles.   

4 tackles for loss.  

2 sacks

Head Coach Roone Gable said, “I am extremely proud of our players who made the All-Region Football Teams.   This is a tremendous honor for our players and our football program.   These players are being recognized not by our coaching staff but by the other coaches in the region for their success on the field.”

Libby Ann Veatch is a talented and passionate senior at Chattooga High School who worked with the Indian Lore for three years. She is a member of the Lady Indian Softball team, Attack Fast Pitch, and FCCLA. After high school Libby Ann plans to go to cosmetology school and become a hair stylist.
