Jesup’s historic “Strand” set for ribbon cutting, marquee lighting, and open house

Tomorrow, November 17th, downtown Jesup’s historic Strand will be ready to open to the public. The ribbon cutting, marquee lighting, and open house will all take place from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. County Commissioner Hershall Hires will be cooking while Pastor Mickey Tomberlin and the House of Worship praise team will be singing. All are welcome, according to the Strand’s owners, Ralph and Jamie Hickox. The Hickox family has been working around the clock in order to have the venue complete in time for the open house. All On Georgia received a firsthand sneak peak- the public is sure to be pleased.
