Our local authorities are wishing everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving this season.  But the Glynn County Police Department also sent out a reminder for a safe shopping experience after the Thanksgiving feast is done.

Shoppers can usually take advantage of the big savings at the start of the shopping season which begins on “Black Friday”, but unfortunately criminals take advantage of those shoppers as well.

Here are a few safety tips to be aware of so whether shopping in stores or online you are not susceptible to being a victim of crime.
