UPDATE: 2nd person identified in I-75 officer-involved shooting in North GA

The female subject involved in a chase and officer-involved shooting has been identified as Clinique Jackson, 33. She remains in critical condition at this time.

Jackson and her accomplice, Parrish Smaey, 56, pulled a gun on security at a Kohl’s Department store in Cleveland, TN. The local police pursued them into the Chattanooga area along I-75 in into Dalton, GA. They were stopped by police where they arrested Smaey. During that arrest, Jackson took control of the vehicle and fled the scene.

Jackson was later stopped by police when she pulled a handgun and pointed it at police. Officers from both Georgia and Tennesee fired upon her multiple times where she remains in critical condition at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.
