A former Ware County teacher, and former part-time local law enforcement officer in Pierce County, pleaded guilty last Friday to one count of sex trafficking of a minor after he had sex with a 16-year-old boy.

In November of 2017, Tracy Wayne Crosby, age 42, of Waycross, was arrested in Woodbine, GA for one Count of Solicitation of Sodomy of a 16-year-old boy after his mother alerted local law enforcement that her child left with Crosby in his vehicle.

According to U.S. Attorney’s Office, Crosby used his cell phone to solicit the teenager and agreed to meet and have sex in exchange for $10.

Crosby also faces charges for solicitation of sodomy and reckless conduct by an HIV-infected person.
