Concrete railing on the I-20 westbound Savannah River Bridge sustained damage and must be repaired starting Monday at 9 a.m.

Two sections were affected meaning either the inside and outside lane will be closed at times, allowing Georgia DOT crews to safely work.

Weather permitting, traffic could be down to one lane westbound starting near Exit 1 in South Carolina from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Expect delays and obey advanced warning messages to move over.
